- Participate in and/or lead one or more capital projects in Cheese production areas, Whey production areas, Building and Facilities or Continuous Improvement.
- Assist with developing design and specifications documents in support of project needs.
- Support Engineers in sourcing equipment information and identification and requisitioning of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Liaison with contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal resources
- Field documentation “As-built” as required.
- Assist Project Engineers in reporting and documentation needs to support project needs.
- Stating typical working hours are 8:00-4:30, but must be willing to flex schedule based on activities/equipment availability.
- Able and willing to drive between facilities as needed.
