Back End Engineer
The Back End Engineer is responsible for tasks related to the design and implementation of business related systems and applications for analytics; developing new analytic technologies, and analytic solutions. This position is responsible for providing technical depth and business acumen to actively participate in the design of new application software development projects.

Develops code for applicatons using ASP.net, C++, C#, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
Utilizes Cloud Technologies - Azure specific, Function, Hadoop, Data Lake, VMs
Works with database management systems such as MS SQL Server
Utilizes source code sprints and version control through VSTS
Seeks to help in the development of new solutions
Uses their understanding of software development and analytics to contribute technically to new solutions
Handles moderately complex development projects independently
Collaborates with development team on solution design
Assists with quality checking of new solutions
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism
Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
