The Main Responsibilities

As a Robotic Process Automation Developer in our North America Operations organization, the Intern will work collaboratively with our team to build automated solutions to simplify processes, drive efficiencies, and improve data integrity. Tasks during the 10 weeks will include assist in development in service automation delivery after completion of training in UiPath tool. Robotic Process Automation Developer interns will have the potential to Learn existing Service Delivery processes to identify automation opportunities, as well as learn UI Path to automate these existing business processes.
-Work with functional and technical support to continuously develop and support the automation environment and RPA platform in UiPath 
-  Assist with automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and / or support solutions using a variety of technologies including RPA, Hybrid Solutions, and API / Webhooks 
-  Drive growth of the automation program and new technology platforms 
-  Work with application client and teams on function support issues and roadmaps 
-  Experiment with new technologies 
-  Collaborate amongst various functional teams, analysts, and architects 
-  Understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram, and conceptualize future state of that workflow in an automated solution 

What We Look For in a Candidate

   Education Requirements 
o   Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2022 – May 2023.
o   Major/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS Major, and other related fields

   Proficiency and understanding of:
o   Development experience in building automation using RPA tools; UiPath and AutomationAnywhere 
o   Experience creating and interfacing with API's / Webhooks 
o   Experience working with SQL and Oracle databases 
o   Familiarity with the programming paradigm of object-oriented programming 
o   Proficient at maintaining documentation, managing enterprise code delivery, and migration between environments
o   Visio experience for workflow development
o   Development experience in building automation in Blue Prism, Power BI experience, Scripting, Experience with Application Development

•   Work Setting
o   Ideally the position will be in one of the following offices: Broomfield -CO, or Remote- Work From Home
o   Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours be week during the 10-week program (June – August)
o   Intern must have reliable transportation to/from work location (Lumen does not provide transportation to/from Lumen office locations)
