Entry-Level Facilities Engineer
This position is a General Engineer, Division of Facility Management (DFM), located at the Bemidji Area Office (Bemidji, MN). This position reports to the DFM Director or designee.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of activities related to the design and construction of assorted healthcare facilities projects.
- Accomplishment or oversight in the development of drawings and specifications for routine projects.
- Review engineering texts, periodicals, manufacturer's publications and agency technical material to obtain information on material, equipment, and pertinent data to accomplish projects and improve operation of building and building systems.
- Develop and advise on the nature and scope of operation, modification, and repair of healthcare facilities.
- Visit healthcare facilities to obtain specified information on condition of existing structures.
Basic Qualifications: Degree in Engineering
