Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program

Are you an engineer who has a passion for technical marketing? Here at Siemens, we have a development program that will help foster your expertise in this area while contributing to the advancement of our business and the markets we serve. In the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program (TMLDP), you will improve upon your leadership skills being able to support one of the sales, business development, marketing or application engineering teams.

This fulltime position will allow you the opportunity to bring about change, growth, and success for many of Siemens’ products and companies. Here, you will use your creativity and unique skill set to create new methodologies, improve processes and implement go-to-market strategies.

You will receive mentoring from Siemens’ team of innovators and learn:
Product and project management
Strategic marketing
Resource and asset development

This program is a two-year program, with four, six-month rotations where you will serve as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer, Marketing Specialist, Application Engineering, or Technical Sales.

Additionally, the program offers unparalleled networking, access to industry experts, bi-annual leadership week events, and personal and professional development plans.

The program start date is July.

To apply for the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program, you must meet the following requirements:
Majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Industrial/Systems Engineering


Business minors and/or prior business-related coursework and experience are preferred


Minimum GPA: 3.0


Relocation and Travel: You should be willing to relocate and travel as required


Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
