CIM/ECIM – CIM Engineer

You’ll be using state-of-the-art technology to drive manufacturing excellence.

Toward this end, you will be assigned to one of the following roles according to your interest, experience and technical background.

Your main responsibilities for each role include, but are not limited to:
 
Software Developers/Dispatching Algorithm Developers/Infrastructure Maintainers:
  • Designing and developing intelligent manufacturing solutions for factory automation, manufacturing scheduling and dispatching, decision making and engineering analysis.
  • Performing heterogeneous data integration and corresponding solution design and development.
  • Providing server maintenance and related setting support, including routine upgrades, troubleshooting with AP teams, high-availability architecture, virtual machines solutions, firewall rule, IIS, Nginx, database middle, etc.

Data Analyst & Data Scientist:
  • Applying statistics, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from very large scale structured and unstructured data.
  • Explaining these insights with the help of data visualization tools to support fab operations.

Project Engineer:
  • Providing engineer defense systems management and enhancement.
  • Performing KPI tracing and follow-up.






Qualifications


Software Developers/Dispatching Algorithm Developers/Infrastructure Maintainers:
  • A minimum of a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Familiarity in programming languages (C/C++/C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, VBA).
  • Experience and skill in optimization, scheduling and A.I. is a plus.
  • Experience and skill in system infrastructure architecture is a plus (e.g., VMware, Linux/MS solution, Nginx, K8S/Docker, etc.).

Data Analyst & Data Scientist:
  • A minimum of a master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Experience with analytics packages and program development using Python, R, SAS, MATLAB, C/C++/C# and Java, etc.
  • Strong background in data analytics (applied statistics, operation research, data mining, machine learning and artificial intelligence) and big data technologies.

Project Engineer:
  • A minimum of a M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Experience in 300mm Fab module operation is preferred.
