Design Engineering Intern (10667)
Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo’s Design Engineering Internships are offered in our Connectivity and Sensors, Advanced Cellular, and High Performance Analog business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Use AI tool to automate measurement analysis
- BAW Thermal Simulation with ANSYS
- Define BAW Resonator Ruggedness Test Plan
- Work with Test Engineer to do resonator level Power Limit Test
- Data Analysis for different resonators among different Filter Technologies
- Propose Resonator Ruggedness Limit condition in Filter Design
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
- Exposure to RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers preferred
- Software/Coding Exposure: ADS, AWR, FEM, HFSS, Momentum, Cadence, Dynamic Link preferred
- Prior experience using ANSYS preferred
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
