Lab Teaching Assistant

Grade homework, lab reports; Facilitate lab modules.

Responsibilities

  • Grade homework assignments and lab reports.
  • Provide feedback to students on their coursework.
  • Assist instructors with course preparation and classroom activities.
  • Facilitate laboratory activities.
  • Help students understand course material and laboratory procedures.
  • Answer student questions during class, lab sessions, and office hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of grades and student progress.
  • Support a safe and productive learning environment in the laboratory.

Qualifications

  • excellent written communication skills
  • experience writing and/or editing technical documents
  • excellent grammar and punctuation skills

Availability during 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Prior experience with BENG 2330 is preferred.
