Job Description
Following HPS Tech’s expansion into the U.S. with the opening of our California office, we are currently seeking full-time Graduate Engineers across multiple engineering disciplines to join our diverse team working on exciting projects within the Dairy, Food & Beverage, and Biotech sectors.
Location
This role offers a mixture of office- and site-based work (Key project in 2026 based in California's Central Valley), with opportunities for travel as required. Relocation to Dallas, TX is expected in the near future.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering projects for some of the United States’ leading dairy, food, and beverage manufacturers. Using the engineering tools and support provided by HPS Tech, you will become a key member of the project delivery team, assisting Lead Project Engineers and Project Managers throughout the procurement, installation, commissioning, and project completion phases.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Work collaboratively with both customers and team members to deliver engineering studies, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning support services across a range of projects and clients
- Share your knowledge and experiences with both senior and junior engineers
- Apply technical, problem-solving, and project management skills to assist in the development, planning, and execution of engineering projects
- Ensure the successful delivery of engineering tasks and projects through the use of HPS Tech’s engineering tools, systems, and team support
- Be a safe and reliable resource for both customers and team members in the way you approach engineering problems and tasks

- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic process engineering knowledge
- Confidence in customer-facing interactions
- Ability to complete both office- and site-based duties
- Availability to travel to customer sites and work away from home as required
- Experience in relevant industries (Dairy, Food, or Beverage) and/or customer-facing roles will be highly regarded
Eligibility Requirements
To apply for this position, you must:
- Be completing or have completed your degree by June 2026
- Hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)
- Have access to a personal vehicle for travel purposes
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have legal working rights within the United States
