The position location is 2375 Northside Drive, San Diego, CA 92108. 

The Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer manages senior level engineers and scientists and overseas multiple water quality programs including Climate Change, Water Quality Certification, California Environmental Quality Act, Non-Point Source, Stormwater, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Waste Discharge Requirements, Waivers, and Pretreatment.
