Early Talent Program Overview
The Terex Early Talent Program is a strategic initiative designed to identify and develop the future leaders of our global organization. Opportunities include three month internships, six month co-ops, and three year long rotational Leadership Development Programs (LDP). What You’ll Do
- During your time with us you will:
- Collaborate with operational and technology teams at Genie to replace manual data collection and manual information sharing with automated digital solutions
- Develop interactive systems that add value to our team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or similar field
- Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for the agreed upon duration of the internship
- Experience and comfortable with logical and functional programming with an understanding of data types
- An initiative and hands-on approach to problem solving
- Ability to confidently collaborate with a variety of team members
Nice to Haves
- Interest in joining the Leadership Development Programs after graduation
- Experience with Low Code/No Code application building
- Experience programming with Python, JavaScript, Tulip, or NodeRed
- Experience connecting Internet of Things devices and collecting data
- Experience visualizing data to provide meaningful insight
The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
