Summer 2026 Continuous Improvement (Engineer) Intern
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operational Efficiency Project
- Identify Process choke points to understand effective equipment speeds for maximum output with current guardrails
- Identify current max volume through put
- Identify areas of opportunity to either increase output or maximize current status through process / labor changes to help reduce conversion cost
- As time allows this will open further projects for this intern to continue working toward OEE goals
Dates of internship: mid/late May-early/mid August 2026
Educational Requirements: Qualified candidates will be a sophomore, junior or senior during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experienced with product management, process engineering, leadership, data collection/analyzation, CAD, and programmer preferred.
