Grayling Engineers is seeking motivated civil engineering students to join our Vancouver, WA office as Summer Interns. This paid, hands-on internship offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced engineers on public utility and infrastructure projects—gaining practical skills that will launch your career.
As an intern, you will:
- Contribute to active water, wastewater, and utility design projects
- Apply engineering standards and perform real design calculations
- Learn industry workflows using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Collaborate with a supportive, close-knit engineering team
- Receive mentorship and feedback to strengthen your technical and professional skills
We focus on learning, growth, and meaningful project experience—so you won’t just observe, you’ll be part of the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BSCE program
- Completed junior year before the internship start date
- Available for at least 8 weeks, in person, at our Vancouver, WA office
- Strong communication skills and a positive, curious attitude
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation
$26/hour
