School Counselor

River Falls Public Montessori Elementary School seeks a compassionate, student-centered School Counselor who is committed to supporting the academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth of children within a Montessori environment. The counselor will work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, administrators, and community partners to foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture aligned with Montessori philosophy.  The ideal candidate understands child development through a Montessori lens, values student independence and voice, and is skilled in implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that promotes equity, access, and belonging for each and every student.  Applicants must have or be eligible to receive a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction PK-12 School Counselor license.
