Backpacking Guide

WayForward Adventures is looking to hire seasonal backpacking guides. We are actively seeking out college students who have a passion for the outdoors. Our Guides are responsible for leading groups of 8-12 clients on four or five-day backpacking trips in the Colorado Rockies. While previous backpacking experience is preferred, it is not required. Prior to beginning each season, we will ensure all guides are properly trained and equipped to successfully lead clients out on trail. All WayForward trips are led by a guide team that consists of an experienced lead guide and a first-year guide.
