Summer Youth Day Camp Counselor

The Threshold is looking for energetic individuals to work in our Summer Youth Day Camp Program. Throughout each day, youth are encouraged to learn skills to meet their goals while being active and having fun in this community-based program.

  • The wage is $16.00 per hour.
  • Program dates TBD.
  • The workweek is Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 3:00 pm).

What type of activities are planned?

  • Examples include visits to the YMCA, West Bend airport, Schiltz Audubon Center, museums, fishing, bowling, festivals & fairs, music and expending energy at local parks.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Supervision of assigned participant(s). You will assist youth in building friendships, social connections with their peers, and improve communication and safety skills.
  • Provide encouragement and motivation to engage in all the offered activities. Have fun alongside them. Be a good role model.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary/Salary: $16.00 per hour/Expected hours: 35-40 per week/Schedule: Monday to Friday/License/Driver's License (Required)
