Do you want to work with law students and support faculty but also  spend time in the classroom yourself, sharing your love of research while preparing tomorrow's attorneys for both the NextGen Bar and the practice of law in the age of generative AI? Come join the Law Library at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law as a Reference Librarian and Legal Research Instructor! We're a tight-knit team of passionate and creative librarians who teach not only our own 1L Legal Research courses but also several specialized advanced legal research and technology courses.

We're centrally located in the suburbs of Philadelphia between New York and Washington, D.C., just a short train ride from downtown Philly. Our area boasts a variety of parks, nature trails, and other outdoor activities (and is within day-trip distance of the Jersey shore and the Pocono Mountains!) We're also fortunate to be part of a law school that supports our personal scholarship and teaching interests as well as a growing and supportive University that fosters collaboration between departments.
