MyDBSolutions is a database development company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We specialize in the Claris FileMaker Platform to create custom software solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. We are looking for a full time FileMaker database developer to join our team. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop software and database applications for our clients.
  • Ensure project development/features remain in scope
  • Actively communicate with the clients and staff throughout the course of projects
  • Work toward proficiency and certification in development platforms

Requirements

  • Has a passion for designing and building database and web applications
  • Experience in SQL, HTML, CSS and PHP is a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of database and application design, scripting, data parsing, technical documentation
  • Knowledge of relational database design
  • Demonstrate ability to work as part of a development team; create task lists, timelines and deliverables, work to meet project schedules determined by others
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • FileMaker experience preferred
  • AWS knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Experience with Linux, Mac and Windows
  • Experience in securing applications
