What You’ll Do

You won’t be stuck watching from the sidelines. From day one, you’ll design, test, build, and learn.

• Design electrical schematics and PCB layouts for analog and digital products
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to design fixtures, jigs, and tooling
• Build and test simple internal or customer-facing software tools
• Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and software designs through hands-on testing
• Document your work and present ideas and results to engineers and leadership
• Actively grow your skills by seeking learning opportunities that align with your interests and Grace’s mission

What You’ll Bring

We’re excited about early-career engineers who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Internship, co-op, or 1–3 years of hands-on engineering experience
• Experience with analog and/or digital circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical testing
• Familiarity with ECAD tools and electrical design best practices
• Comfort using lab equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies
• Basic programming experience in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, or Python
• Willingness to learn company documentation and drafting standards
