Finance / Accounting Leadership Development Program Internship
The Finance Leadership Development Program internship position is an 8-12 week summer program supporting areas in Finance including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Tax and Treasury, while serving as a feeder for the full time FLDP. Assigned current business critical projects. Excels in identifying opportunities to achieve business and operational goals.
- Learn and understand reporting processes and metrics. Incorporate management and measurement of work in projects and responsibilities. Ensure reporting is completed in and accurate and timely manner.
- Learn and demonstrate use SPS as part of internship.
- Establish well organized priorities for yourself and ensure that the finance team members understand expectations on priorities and tasks. Provide the appropriate parties with regular feed back and timely updates.
- Maintain and/or create reporting for finance team. Ensure reporting is completed in and accurate and timely manner.
- Learn and demonstrate a strong customer service orientation as part of learning in the role and with the company.
Through business-critical projects, you’ll build a working knowledge of our industry, strengthen your professional skill sets, and directly contribute to company growth.

The Internship Experience:
- 12-week summer internship from May2026 -August 2026
- Professional development workshops and networking opportunities

- Work with a mentor to build project plans, set goals, and receive ongoing feedback
- Execute process improvement projects in key areas such as bottling, processing, distribution, and maintenance
- Develop and document standards for assigned processes
- Deliver an end-of-summer project presentation
- Opportunity to earn a full-time role after graduation
Requirements
For internships:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, analytics, engineering, agriculture, supply chain, operations, or related field
For internships and 2-year rotation programs
- Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of either program
- GPA 3.0 or above
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
- Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S (location will be determined Spring 2026)
