About the Role
Whirlpool is seeking a passionate Associate Engineer to join our Existing Product Improvement (EPI) team. In this role, you’ll work on cost reduction, quality improvement, and new technology projects that directly impact our products and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support engineering solutions in cost, quality, and new technology initiatives 
Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Apply project management skills to deliver improvements efficiently

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
1+ year of engineering solutions experience (cost, quality, or new tech)
6+ months of project management experience
