About the Role
The Governors Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI), State Clearinghouse (SCH) division, is hiring a Student Assistant to help organize and improve our project tracking systems. This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience in public sector operations and digital project management.
You will work directly with the SCH leadership team to:
- Clean up and streamline Asana task management workflows
- Track deadlines and assignments to keep projects on track
- Take clear meeting notes and turn them into actionable follow-ups
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to help the SCH team stay organized and responsive
What We're Looking For
- Detailed-oriented and proactive
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Expertise in project management tools, like Asana
- Professional, dependable, and ready to contribute
Schedule
- 2-3 days per week (Monday - Friday)
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible within range)
- At least one day in-person each week (hybrid schedule)
