Civil Engineering Intern (Fall 2025 / Winter 2026) Job Description

 

Earth Wall Products is a supplier of retaining wall systems and construction materials used in residential, commercial, industrial, DOT and rail applications. Earth Wall Products is seeking engineers to be a part of a rapidly growing company changing the infrastructure industry with innovative products. We have an opening for a Civil Engineering Intern in Smyrna, GA.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in college and working towards B.S. in Civil Engineering, bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Structural Engineering or a related field of study.
  • Computer proficiency including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF software (Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.)

  • Self-starter with the tenacity to seek out resources to further knowledge and experience.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce AutoCAD drawings, technical designs, calculations, and quantities for retaining wall and grade change solution projects.
  • Produce final designs, calculations, and quantities for designated projects.
  • Assist the sales and engineering teams in determining optimal solutions for challenging projects.
  • Use innovation and creativity in problem solving on special projects.
