Academic Testing Center Proctor - Work Study
For Fall 2025
This is a Work Study position.
We are looking for honest persons who are willing to assist in maintaining academic integrity for exams taken in the Academic Testing Center. Job duties would include checking testers in, proctoring exams, answering phones, handling laptops before and after use, and other tasks.
Must be able to communicate with fellow co-workers and management in a respectful manner and work in a group setting. Also be able to be without your phone for 3+ hours, do some light lifting ( >15 lbs.) and to stand for 20+ minutes.
Note that if you continue to work through the summer, you will be asked to work on accessibility and registrar's projects for the university in addition to your ATC job responsibilities.
Prior experience is not necessary, but previous customer service is appreciated.
Must be able to work on the occasional Friday night or Saturday morning.
Shifts are scheduled as followed:
8:15am-11:30am
11:30am-2:30pm
2:30pm-5:30pm
5:30pm-8:45pm
Saturday: 8:15a-2:45p
If you are hired, you will be required to work at least 9 hours a week.

A: 8:15am-11:30am
B: 11:30pm-2:30pm
C: 2:30pm - 5:30pm
D: 5:30pm-8:45pm
EXAMPLE: Monday: A,C Tuesday: C,D Wednesday: N/A Thursday: C,D Friday: A

Shifts are permanently assigned for the semester (except for rotating Friday night and Saturday shifts).
