Human Resources Summer 2020 Intern, Brigham City, UT

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Intern who will help ensure that we remain a clear market leader in the automotive safety industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resource team and department personnel
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Make necessary arrangements for meetings including conference room scheduling, travel assistance, technical support, and catering arrangements
  • Organize presentation materials to ensure that presentation technology and corporate standard upgrades are met
  • Handle internal and external communications
  • Input and track all Human Resource data entries
  • Monitor incoming documents, messages, and take action to resolve issues and/or meet other deadlines
  • Manage information and monthly updates on SharePoint sites
  • Assist with coordinating special training classes
  • Demonstrate professional and dependable behavior at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive material and communications
  • Manage purchase card accounts per Autoliv standards
  • Manage aspects of the Autoliv Learning Center (ALC) for employees
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must have an excellent working knowledge in Applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have strong communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Must be a team player attitude, have a drive to follow through on commitments, proved detail-oriented experience, and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and proven ability to think creatively
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily
  • Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of Human Resources professional judgment
 
Educational Requirements:
 Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled at an accredited university working toward a human resource degree.

Hourly Wages:
Freshman - $15.00
Sophomore - $16.00
Junior - $17.75
Senior - $20.00
